For preparation
- Exact address, common and cadastral reference if known
- Statement of the risk provided by the owner and its date
1. Locate the plot on an official map
On Georisques, look for address or plot. Check the building: adjacent plot and homonymous street may fall within another area. Note date and source.
2. Compare card and owner's status
ERRIAL helps to prepare information for sale/lease. Check the current status of risks, zoning and complements. The card does not replace the owner's check and does not prove the absence of any risk.
3. Crossing Sources
Consult the applicable natural hazards, soils and plans; for aerial noise, the relevant plan, for other noises local maps. In case of unavailability or deviation, contact town hall/prefecture.
4. Ask questions and prepare your decision
