Vitalpes is a practical Community information portal. We collect the minimum data necessary for the operation of the site, the IA assistant, email exchanges and the understanding of useful content.

Consultation does not require an account and we do not require the uploading of administrative, medical or identity documents.

Assistant IA Marmi

When you send a question to Marmi, the Vitalpes server receives the text, up to the last 11 messages of the current conversation, a random session ID and the path of the open page. These data are used only to retrieve relevant content and to produce the answer.

Before calling the LLM, the server blocks the passwords, keys, payment data and social security numbers detected. E-mails, telephones, IBAN, mailing addresses, SIREN/SIRET and explicitly worded folder numbers are temporarily replaced by pseudonyms. The cleaned text and selected Vitalpes extracts are sent to the configured LLM provider.

Only when you explicitly request open data or a public API, the server determines locally an authorized theme based on the question or immediate context of an accuracy, adds the recognized geographical area and only transmits these standardized French terms to the official data.gouv.fr (DINUM) service. The previous messages and the original free text are not sent to him. The titles of the sheets found are displayed in the form of links and are not transmitted to the LLM supplier.

Cat history is not recorded in a database. The correspondence of pseudonyms only exists in a limited memory of the process and automatically expires. The IP address serves as a memory for frequency control and is not added to the text transmitted to the model.

Please do not send passwords, bank data, document numbers, social security numbers, medical documents or any information that is unnecessary to a general response.

E-mail exchanges

If you write to us by e-mail, we receive your address, the subject and the content of the message. This information is only used to respond and process the request. Marmi does not create a file and does not transmit the conversation to the editor.

Analytics

The site can use GoatCounter via /stats/count.js. It is a privacy-friendly analytics, with no advertising follow-up or profiling of visitors. The free text sent to Marmi is not transmitted to the anallytics.

External Links and LLM Supplier

Vitalpes refers to official French sites, organizations and services. After a click to an external site, the privacy policy of this site applies. The cleaned messages of Marmi are processed by the LLM provider configured by the operator; the key and address of the provider remain on the server side.
