Background
The booklet is the result of work carried out at national and territorial level with companies, associations and the State. In particular, it builds on the lessons learned from last June's national meeting on mobilising businesses and the situation of poor workers. It is distributed via the site of the prefecture of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
Why it's important
Poverty at work affects employees who, despite employment, fail to live in dignity from their work. The booklet highlights already experienced initiatives and concrete tools to identify and respond to employee difficulties. It also aims at the integration of people far from employment, an important issue for vulnerable audiences.
What Changes
A new updated and expanded version of the booklet is available. It contains the business engagement pact model, already experienced initiatives, as well as tools and levers for action.
