1. Before departure
Ask your caisse for the CAMC. Check its application in the country visited according to your nationality: Geographical Europe is not a single regime. Check validity and identity; if the departure is near, ask for the provisional certificate.
2. On-site
For necessary care, use the appropriate local system and present the map. Payments follow local rules: free of charge, not guaranteed.
3. After payment
Keep detailed invoices, proof of payment and medical documents. To apply for a refund in France, follow the procedure of your caisse.
